Seefeld is located in the snowy mountain world of Tyrol (1.200 m above sea level), on a mostly accessible high plateau, between the Karwendel nature reserve, Wetterstein and Wildmoos landscape, 21 km western from Innsbruck. Seefeld is easy to approach by car, train or plane and presents itself as a classic allround town.
120 km of cross-country ski-tracks offers optimal conditions. All tracks are provided with the cachet of the land Tyrol and offer a clear signage. Beside the long-distance ski run offers, the ski-region has everything that makes a skier's heart beat faster: 23 cable railways and lifts bring skiers from 1.200 m up to 2.100 m high.
For those who do not ski, we recommend hiking on the 80 km of clear winter hiking trails, a nice round of curling stone game or a romantic sleigh trip.
