The famous Franz von Assisi had the Church of San Francesco built here in the 13th century. The cloister with its decorated columns is particularly worth seeing. Also worth seeing is the picturesque villa Feltrinelli. Shortly residence of Mussolini, she is an exclusive hotel today. Gargnano is located in the Alto Garda Bresciano nature park. If you go in the direction of Gebirgshang, you will meet the districts of Villavetro, Fornico and Zuino, which are surrounded by picturesque olive groves. Here in the hinterland of Gargnano there are various landscapes from the lake and mountains that offer visitors a wonderful variety of nature. Golf
There are currently 5 golf courses on Lake Garda, which are becoming increasingly popular. The environment is unique of almost all systems.
