Questions about payment and cancellation

Question: How does the payment go?
Answer: Basically, we offer BANK TRANSFER as a payment method so that you can check before payment whether everything is confirmed as booked. It works like this: After your binding booking, you will receive an invoice with a precise description of the house you have booked and all conditions. Please check that everything is correct as booked. We will give you the IBAN and the amounts on which the respective payments are to be made in order to secure the booking. Before the due date, we will send you a small reminder email. Please set your mail program so that mail from the domain is trustworthy. If possible, we also offer other payment options.
Question: Can I cancel for free?
Answer: Yes. Bookings with a booking date from January 30th, 2021 to May 31st, 2021 can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival without giving reasons, provided that the deposit required for the reservation is repaid.
Question: What if I want to cancel?
Answer: You can cancel at any time. The exact rules can be found in the terms and conditions, which were announced before booking or in the advertisement, if they differ. Any special cancellations are displayed in the offer and override the rules of the GTC.
